Spot pipeline trends and deal progression across regions
Surface account activity and deal context for product decisions
Use the Samepage Copilot to answer questions or draft documents informed by CRM data

Data Imported
Samepage views and imports the following from Zoho CRM:
Accounts — Company records and account details
Contacts — Contact profiles associated with accounts and deals
Deals — Deal records including stage, amount, close date, line items, and close-lost fields (reason, competitor)
Users — Zoho CRM user profiles for ownership and attribution
Zoho CRM supports region-specific data centers, and Samepage connects to the appropriate regional endpoint for your organization.
This data is used to help Product Managers research deal outcomes, competitive patterns, and pipeline health.
Sync Behavior
Initial sync pulls data from the last 2 years
Ongoing syncs pull data from the last 1 week

What You Can Do After Connecting
Create Signals that analyze Zoho CRM data — e.g., "Summarize the latest CRM activity from Zoho" or "Group closed-lost deals by competitor and loss reason this quarter"
Chat with Copilot about CRM data — e.g., "Which competitors are we losing to most often?" or "What are the top reasons deals were lost last month?"
Combine with other data — Cross-reference Zoho CRM deals with Intercom conversations, Slack discussions, or meeting notes for a complete picture
Signal Examples Using Zoho CRM
Signal | What It Does |
Close-Lost Intelligence | Groups recently lost deals by competitor and loss reason to surface patterns |
Pipeline Trends | Tracks week-over-week changes in pipeline value, deal count, and stage distribution |
Competitor Win/Loss Report | Summarizes win rates and deal outcomes broken down by competitor |
Deal Activity Monitor | Highlights deals with upcoming close dates, missing fields, or no recent activity |
Example Signal Prompt
Here's a detailed prompt you can paste into a Signal's instructions field to get a comprehensive close-lost intelligence report:
Review all Zoho CRM deal activity from the past week and produce a structured summary organized as follows:
Close-Lost Analysis — List every deal that was marked closed-lost this week. For each one, note the deal amount, loss reason, competitor (if recorded), and owner. Group the losses by competitor and by reason to surface patterns.
Competitor Trends — Identify which competitors appeared most frequently in lost deals over the past 30 days. Note any emerging competitors or shifts in competitive dynamics.
Pipeline Movement — Summarize deals that changed stage this week, including any that moved backward. Provide a snapshot of total pipeline value and how it compares to last week.
Deals at Risk — Flag open deals that show warning signs — stalled stage, overdue close date, or patterns that match recently lost deals (e.g., same competitor, same objection).
Win Patterns — If any deals were closed-won this week, note what they had in common — deal size, sales cycle length, or any distinguishing factors.
Keep it concise. Use bullet points. Include links to Zoho CRM records wherever possible so I can jump to the source.
FAQ
Does this integration provide clickable links back to the source? Yes. Zoho CRM records include deep links that take you directly to the account, contact, or deal in Zoho CRM. When Signals or Copilot reference a record, you can click through to view the full details in Zoho CRM itself.
