Data Handling

How Samepage Uses Your Data

Samepage imports data from your connected integrations to power Signals and Copilot. Here's how that works:

What Data is Stored

Samepage may store:

  • Imported data from connected integrations (messages, tickets, CRM records, transcripts, etc.)

  • Generated outputs — the Signal results and Copilot responses produced from your data

  • Configuration — your Signals, filters, schedules, and instructions

How Data is Used

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Generate Signal outputs (summaries, analysis, insights)

  • Power Copilot responses to your queries

  • Improve the relevance of suggested Signals

AI Model Training

Your data is never used to train AI models.
Samepage uses enterprise-grade AI APIs to process data. These APIs have contractual commitments that customer data is not used for model training. Data is processed only to generate outputs for your workspace.

Data Sync Frequency

Connected integrations are refreshed multiple times per day. Each integration shows its last sync time in the Integrations page. Initial imports pull historical data (typically 1-3 months depending on the integration), and recurring syncs pull recent changes.

Data Isolation

Each workspace's data is isolated. Users in one workspace cannot access data from another workspace. Within a workspace, personal integration data (Gmail, Google Calendar, Granola, Zoom) is visible only to the user who connected it.
