What is the Daily Signal?
The Daily Signal is your main view in Samepage — a morning briefing that shows all your active Signals in one place. It updates every morning (typically by 6:00 AM) so insights are ready when you start your day.
Layout
The Daily Signal view has two main areas:
Center: Signal Cards At the top is a summary card that provides a high-level overview of all your Signals for that day — for example, "10 signals ran across 10 different data sources." Below the summary, each active Signal appears as its own card with the Signal title, data sources used, and the generated output.
Each Signal card includes:
The Signal name and which data sources it pulled from
A concise summary of key findings
Expandable detailed analysis with tables, breakdowns, and deep links
Links back to original source data (Jira tickets, Slack threads, CRM records, etc.)
Right side: Copilot The Copilot assistant is always available on the right side of the Daily Signal view. You can ask it follow-up questions about anything you see in your Signals, or use it independently for research and drafting.
Scheduling
Signals run on the schedule you define — daily, weekly on specific days, or custom cadences. The Daily Signal view always shows the latest output from each of your active Signals.
